Agentic Systems Design
Building multi-agent AI pipelines is the discipline I am most actively deploying into production environments. I design subagent orchestration architectures and tool-chaining systems using LangGraph, CrewAI and the Anthropic API, automating end-to-end workflows across content generation, reporting and security auditing processes. My 10 Anthropic Academy certifications, covering subagents, agent skills, Claude Code, MCP (introductory and advanced) and AI fluency frameworks, underpin the technical depth behind these systems. Full-Stack Engineering
Production-grade web engineering is the foundation of everything I ship. I architect and build complete applications using Next.js 14 App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase and Vercel, managing the full delivery cycle from technical scoping and database design through to zero-downtime deployment. At Careers Without Borders, I introduced the Deluxe Portfolio tier, the organisation's first custom-coded Next.js portfolio product, and have delivered high-stakes client sites including a full institutional rebuild for Basquiat Capital with no service interruption during a live domain and hosting migration. Every project I ship is managed end to end as a sole practitioner, without external development resource.
AI-Assisted Workflow Automation
At scale, content workflows break down not because teams lack skill, but because repeatable logic is executed manually every time. I design prompt engineering systems and Claude Cowork plugins that encode that logic once and execute it consistently at scale, reducing manual production effort by 30%+ across high-volume international client pipelines. The 5 plugins I have shipped into active production include the Content Generator, Deluxe Portfolio Studio, Portfolio Review Generator, Code Intelligence Audit and Client Report Formatter, demonstrating a systematic approach to automation that sustains quality while removing coordination overhead.
Portfolio Architecture and Strategy
The Deluxe Portfolio tier is a product I designed from the ground up, not a service I provide from a template. I introduced it at Careers Without Borders as the organisation's first custom Next.js portfolio product, rebuilding the entire content methodology around a claim-evidence-quantification framework and standardising delivery across 17 service departments. Across 170+ portfolios delivered, the result is a documented 60% job interview success rate and service demand that grew by 25% within 90 days of launching the Deluxe offering. The architecture I designed now underpins the organisation's entire portfolio service and serves as its flagship product.
Security Auditing and Code Review
Returning to a codebase I had built with senior-level eyes is how I identified some of the most critical vulnerabilities in the Careers Without Borders website. My full code-level audit uncovered live API credentials committed to a public GitHub repository, structural SPA and SEO failures rendering the site invisible to search engines, and absent email capture infrastructure that posed active liability to the organisation. I documented every finding across two prioritised remediation reports, each delivering a full redesign vision and a six-phase implementation timeline written for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to audit one's own work with rigour and communicate findings at leadership level is, I believe, one of the defining marks of a senior engineer.
Custom AI Plugin Development
Organisation-specific AI plugins are the difference between generic tooling and encoded institutional knowledge. I design and build plugins for Claude Cowork and compatible AI platforms, engineering each one with structured prompt logic, strict output formatting rules and reusable template architecture at the system prompt layer. Every one of the 5 plugins I have shipped was tested iteratively against real production scenarios before deployment, and all five remain in active use today, cutting equivalent manual workflows by approximately 30%. The Deluxe Portfolio Studio plugin is the core tooling behind the portfolio product I use with clients today.
UX/UI Design
Every interface decision I make is grounded in how the actual user - whether a recruiter, a donor or a prospective client - will navigate and respond to what they see. Across client engagements, applying user-centred design principles has produced measurable outcomes: a 40% increase in user engagement for the GHC Foundation website and a 50% increase in portfolio conversion for clients I have worked with. I design in the aesthetic language of Vercel, Linear and Stripe: clean typography, restrained motion and conversion-focused layouts that communicate credibility without visual noise. Framer Motion is my primary tool for purposeful, performance-appropriate animation.

Managing end-to-end client delivery as a sole practitioner means holding the technical, strategic and human dimensions of a project simultaneously. Across portfolio engagements, institutional site builds and freelance development projects, I translate client goals and business requirements into actionable briefs, development plans and polished final products, without external resource dependency or missed handoffs. I operate across multiple time zones through structured asynchronous workflows, maintaining consistent quality and communication transparency throughout. Web Performance, Analytics and Domain Management
A deployed website is the beginning of the engagement, not the end of it. I integrate Vercel Analytics into every production deployment as standard practice, configure custom domains across GoDaddy and Vercel, and deliver data-driven performance reporting that informs ongoing optimisation decisions. Across client engagements, targeted performance and security reviews have reduced average site downtime by 25%, with post-launch analytics informing measurable improvements in engagement and conversion metrics.
